There are many great things about working at Sidero. The best part is its people, family atmosphere and values-based culture. It is great working on a team with people from different cultures and different generations because I learn a lot from my co-workers. There is always an open opportunity to further your education and the flexibility within the company is refreshing.
Sidero hold the welfare of their employees in high regard, offering a range of benefits such as pension scheme, healthcare, life assurance and bike to work scheme to name a few. I am working for Sidero for a year now as a scrum master of a 5G team, its great experience to have in such a new area of telecommunications. Sidero facilitate flexible working hours which allows me to have a good work/life balance which personally is very important. The work is challenging, yet rewarding, with opportunities to work on new and emerging technologies. Training is provided and encouraged. Recognition is given for a job well done and salaries reflect this. Management are easy going, friendly and approachable. Sidero is a great place to work, multicultural and very social. I enjoy every aspect of my job.
I started working with Sidero Ltd. in Oct 2013 as a Senior Software Developer. I came here with no such real experience with Enterprise applications and Cloud but over the years have gained knowledge beyond my belief. At Sidero Ltd. I got the exposure to work on many new technologies with very highly skilled professionals. The company has always supported me in my professional growth by providing the trainings and certifications. Most importantly the management, HRs and administrative staff at Sidero Ltd. are very accessible and responsive to our needs.
I started working at Sidero in April of 2015 and have thoroughly enjoyed my 2 years working as Scrum Master. It is a great place to work as it is a diverse organization with talented people as well as a collaborative culture.
